Charlie Health provides virtual intensive outpatient (vIOP) mental health care for people facing serious mental health, substance use, and eating disorders. As they scale nationally, clear internal communication is a core part of how they stay connected and effective across teams.
Schedule
- Full-time, exempt position
- Remote within the United States (tagged as #LI-hybrid; some teams may have hybrid expectations depending on location)
- Standard business hours, with flexibility to collaborate across departments and time zones
- Works closely with the Go-to-Market Communications Manager and cross-functional stakeholders
What You’ll Do
- Help create, format, and send internal newsletters that keep tone, visuals, and priorities consistent
- Design and polish internal slide decks for leadership updates, town halls, and department meetings
- Maintain and update internal knowledge hubs and communication channels so people can actually find what they need
- Take raw content from leaders and teams and turn it into clean, readable internal messaging
- Support internal campaigns and events, tracking deadlines and keeping stakeholders in the loop
- Monitor engagement metrics (opens, clicks, feedback) and summarize insights to improve communication strategy
- Partner with Admissions, Outreach, Clinical, Product Marketing, Growth, and others to align internal messaging across the org
What You Need
- Strong written communication skills with serious attention to detail
- Experience managing stakeholders and navigating different priorities professionally
- Comfort using Google Slides and visual tools like Canva or Figma to bring messages to life
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Experience in internal communications, marketing, or employee engagement
- Familiarity with tools like Slack, Confluence, or other content management / collaboration platforms
- Creative problem solver who enjoys making complex info more engaging and accessible
- Passion for behavioral health, healthcare, or mission-driven work

- Target base salary: $70,000–$80,000/year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity
