Job Description Summary
Under general supervision, provides clerical/administrative support to the training and development function. May coordinate and/or develop training materials for departmental policies, procedures and processes, or assist with creation and maintenance of training modules and manuals for employee, management, organizational training initiatives or on-the-job training. Completes a variety of tasks that are similar in nature and somewhat routine, but requires some experience to be proficient. Utilizes limited judgment to resolve most questions or problems, referring only the most complicated issues to higher levels.

Responsibilities
Schedules and coordinates training programs, courses, and the use of equipment, space and facilities.
Creates, maintains, assembles and distributes course materials and teaching aides.
Distributes course catalogs, processes registrations, and answers routine inquiries regarding courses and schedules.
Prepares appropriate forms and records regarding course attendance, feedback on programs, instructors, etc., also assists with the maintenance of the database of employee training.
Operates audiovisual equipment and arrange for outside services (meals/refreshments, repairs) as required for various presentations or programs.
Facilitates training classes and/or delivers presentations one-on-one or for small, limited-size classes.
Begins to demonstrate expanded breadth or scope of knowledge pertaining to functional areas or products.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years training experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented.

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to applicable pay transparency and compensation posting laws. It is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.*
The salary for this position generally ranges between $37,500 -$49,500 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 6% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
