- Stay up-to-date on consumer, market, channel, and technology trends and proactively identify new ways to solve business problems and refine Outside’s marketing and messaging
- Keep abreast of the continually evolving media, business, technology and entertainment marketplace, consumer behaviors, and the competitive landscape,
- Bring market insights, data and thought leadership into strategic planning to continually push the business forward
- This position will report to the Sr Director, Strategy + Planning
Qualifications:
- At least 2+ years of experience in advertising, media, and/or content creation
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies for portfolio brand companies
- Understanding and passion for research, data, creative, and media
- Experience with storytelling, storyboarding, and putting together company-wide presentations
- Ability to create, lead, and present robust data sets and learnings but in digestible and engaging ways
- Comfort with and interest event planning and organization
- Organizational skills are a must to succeed on this fast-paced team
- Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment with shifting deadlines
