Schedule
• Full-time
• Fully remote
• Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm EST
• Must reside in FL, GA, IL, IN, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, SC, TX or WV
• Must have hard-wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi not accepted)

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential veteran clients
• Follow approved scripts and record intake data accurately
• Verify documentation and maintain confidentiality
• Enter data efficiently and manage digital files
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

What You Need

• 2 years of call center or phone-based customer service experience
• Experience with auto-dialer systems and reading scripts verbatim
• Strong typing skills (35 WPM+) and ability to type while speaking
• Clear professional communication, both written and verbal
• Quiet home workspace and reliable computer setup
• Ability to work EST hours
