Schedule
- Fully remote
- Full-time, 40-hour assigned shift (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)
- Hours can fall within:
- Mon–Fri: 7:00am–10:00pm Pacific
- Sat: 8:00am–4:30pm Pacific
- Sun: 9:00am–5:30pm Pacific
- Overtime available
- Pay: $20–$25/hour plus bonus incentives (noted as $1K+ per month based on sign-ups)
What You’ll Do
⦁ Be the first point of contact for inbound leads seeking legal help (no cold calling)
⦁ Qualify potential personal injury cases by gathering details, assessing viability, and documenting accurately
⦁ Build rapport quickly through empathetic, persuasive conversations and excellent active listening
⦁ Follow up consistently and respectfully to move qualified leads toward signing
⦁ Convert a high percentage of qualified leads into retained clients by clearly explaining the firm’s value
⦁ Refer non-personal injury matters to partner law firms when appropriate
⦁ Enter and maintain clean records in case management systems and databases
⦁ Participate in ongoing training to stay sharp on procedures, terminology, and best practices
What You Need
⦁ Bilingual fluency in Spanish (required)
⦁ Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and active listening
⦁ Empathetic, calm, and persuasive approach, especially with callers under stress
⦁ Ability to handle conflict and de-escalate while staying professional
⦁ Time management skills to juggle calls, follow-ups, and documentation without losing quality
⦁ Openness to feedback and ability to adapt quickly
⦁ Sales and/or personal injury intake experience is a plus
⦁ Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus
⦁ Bachelor’s degree is a plus
