Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (Monday–Friday, 6 AM–7 PM CST/CDT)
- Note: Remote work not available in AL, AK, CT, DE, HI, IA, KS, KY, ME, MA, MS, MT, NE, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, VT, WV, or WY
What You’ll Do
- Enroll new specialty pharmacy patients and update records with demographics, allergies, and insurance details
- Place and receive calls with patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with doctors to obtain prescription and prior authorization information
- Accurately enter and verify prescription data into pharmacy software
- Document all patient and provider interactions with precision and confidentiality
- Support pharmacists and team members with patient care and workflow management
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (some college preferred)
- National CPhT certification or state registration/licensure as required
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy support or healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Commitment to compliance, ethics, and patient-centered service
