Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm EST
- Fully remote (must reside in an eligible state)
- Flexibility required to adjust hours based on company needs
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for potential disability clients
- Enter consultation and application data accurately while asking required questions verbatim
- Verify documents for discrepancies and maintain confidentiality
- Perform general office duties (email and chat communication)
- Support the team with other duties as assigned
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)
- 2+ years of call center experience preferred (auto dialer experience a plus)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM while on calls with a headset
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Quiet home workspace with high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload)
