Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Eligible locations: Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Washington, Texas, Arizona
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM–8:00 PM CST
- Rotating Saturday shift required every 4–6 weeks
- Mandatory paid training: 8+ weeks
- Hiring class start: February 16, 2026
- Compensation: $65K–$100K typical range, OTE starts at $88,000, uncapped earnings, eligible for sales incentive plan, equity (RSUs)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to understand needs and recommend tailored coverage
- Educate homeowners and simplify insurance language so customers can confidently choose the right protection
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals using strong discovery, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Maximize provided leads through follow-up, funnel management, and timely outreach
- Communicate product value clearly, address questions, and deliver a high-quality customer experience through close
- Partner with underwriters and customer service teammates to ensure smooth policy issuance and handoff
What You Need
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment (homeowners, auto, or call center experience is a plus)
- Active P&C license in your current state of residence
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and guide decisions
- Proven closing ability with negotiation skills and a track record of hitting or beating targets
- Comfort with metrics, schedules, and training requirements while juggling multiple priorities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and phone systems, able to work across multiple platforms at once
