Wisdom is seeking experienced Insurance Billing Specialists to support dental practices nationwide. In this fully remote contract role, you’ll handle claims, payments, and accounts receivable to help practices maximize revenue and focus more time on patient care.

Schedule
- Contract role (remote, U.S.-based)
- Flexible hours, minimum of 8 hours per week during standard business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CST)
- Fully distributed team
What You’ll Do
- Submit accurate dental insurance claims and follow up to resolve discrepancies
- Post insurance payments and adjustments, reconciling accounts with dental practice systems
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, running reports to identify trends
- Serve as the main point of contact for insurance-related inquiries with dental offices and carriers
- Ensure accurate coding and documentation for all insurance claims
What You Need
- 5+ years of experience in dental insurance claim submission, posting, and AR management
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, coding, and billing procedures
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and patient data security
