Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. based)
- Candidates must live in Mountain Time Zone or Pacific Time Zone
- Works within client systems and service level expectations
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolve questions professionally, and escalate when needed
- Process routine insurance service tasks in an Agency Management System
- Handle endorsements, certificates of insurance, quoting, application follow-ups, and service requests
- Document work accurately in client and internal databases
- Support Sr. Specialists and Account Managers, collaborate with offshore delivery teams, and provide feedback
- Train new Account Specialists on basic tasks and audit their work for accuracy
- Follow established procedures, hit quality SLAs, and maintain information security standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and share suggestions with leadership and OPEX
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of insurance experience (commercial, personal lines, benefits, life and health, etc.)
- Property and Casualty license strongly preferred, or ability to pass your state P&C exam within 30 days of hire
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfort learning and navigating multiple systems and tools
- Strong attention to detail and a process-first mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
