What You’ll Do
- Prospect new business and manage territories across independent and retail pharmacy sectors
- Handle outbound calls, build customer relationships, and promote product solutions
- Support customer needs with inventory and account coverage
- Collaborate with team members through role-play, huddles, and training exercises
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Fast-track toward Inside Sales Representative role after initial success
What You Need
- 1–2 years of sales experience (including internships) in commission-based environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a “hunter” mentality
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM systems
- Degree or background in business administration, sales, or marketing preferred
