Schedule
- Fully remote role available in select states
- Eight weeks of paid training
- Inbound calls only (no cold calling)
- Must reside in an eligible state for remote employment
What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls generated from ADT marketing and partner campaigns
- Consult with customers to identify needs and close smart home and security sales
- Schedule installation appointments with local ADT field teams
- Handle follow-up requests, quotes, and inquiries
- Transfer customers to appropriate teams when needed to ensure satisfaction
What You Need
- One year of sales experience preferred
- Strong closing skills and proven sales ability
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask while engaging customers
- Problem-solving mindset and high level of professionalism
