Schedule
- Full-time, permanent remote role
- Monday–Friday, or Saturday shifts with Friday and Sunday off
- Day, afternoon, and evening schedules available
- 3 weeks of paid virtual training provided
What You’ll Do
- Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from new and returning customers
- Collect health information and assess caller needs
- Educate callers on the importance of preventive screenings and recommend relevant services
- Use a consultative sales approach to convert leads and meet performance goals
- Schedule appointments and process payments over the phone
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Strong phone etiquette and consultative sales skills
- Stable job history (no job-hopping)
- Ability to handle stress and manage time effectively
- Competitive drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps and a quiet, designated home workspace
