What You’ll Do
- Speak with inbound prospects who requested debt consolidation solutions (no cold calling)
- Assess each client’s financial situation and recommend the best debt consolidation option
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients
- Complete a certification program to become a Certified Debt Specialist
- Ensure all sales activity and transactions meet compliance standards
- Drive enrollments and results through a high-performance, fast-paced sales environment
What You Need
- Sales experience (required)
- Motivation to exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment
- Strong rapport-building and consultative selling skills
- Financial services experience (preferred)
- Reliable hardwired internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace

- Uncapped commission (monthly commission based on amount of debt enrolled, per plan)
