Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls using established call flows
- Close sales and use B2B and B2C selling skills to meet goals
- Build client relationships and retain customers
- Present product options, negotiate, and handle objections
- Track and document all activity in CRM systems
- Recommend add-on products and services
- Deliver strong customer experiences with each interaction
Requirements
- 2+ years proven B2B sales experience with quotas/commission
- 2 years account management experience
- 6+ months CRM usage (Salesforce preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- High-speed wired internet and smartphone
- PC or laptop for initial testing (work computer may be provided depending on role)
- Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address
- High school diploma or GED
