- Utilize your personality and energy to connect with people and position yourself as a consultant
- Successfully leverage consultative sales skills to build, work, and close your pipeline of business
- Consistently strive to improve selling skills by working with manager, peers, and senior closers
- A hard worker with some consultative selling experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets
