Intoxalock is the nation’s largest ignition interlock provider, operating in all 50 states with thousands of installation locations. They help customers regain driving privileges after a drunk driving incident by installing required interlock devices, and they position the work as safety-focused and nonjudgmental.

Schedule
• Remote (must reside in the United States)
• Full-time, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
• Start date: February 2, 2026
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time
• One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week

What You’ll Do
• Handle inbound and some outbound calls with prospective B2C customers (no cold calling)
• Listen, address concerns, explain pricing, and collect the initial lease payment
• Upsell add-on products that fit customer needs
• Follow up quickly and consistently to close and support customers through the process
• Use Microsoft Office and internal tools to document and stay organized

What You Need
• 1+ year of inbound sales experience or commission-based retail sales experience
• Goal-driven, commission-motivated mindset with strong listening skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and comfort thinking on your feet
• Detail-oriented follow-through
• Comfort using Microsoft Office
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Remote work experience preferred (not required)
