Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Start Date: 12/01/25
- Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM CST
- One Saturday or Sunday every 4th week
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and some outbound B2C customer calls (no cold calling)
- Listen, understand needs, and guide customers through setup
- Communicate pricing and process initial lease payments
- Upsell relevant solutions to meet customer needs
- Follow up promptly with prospects and maintain accurate notes
What You Need
- 1+ year inbound sales or commission-based retail experience
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Goal-driven with solid follow-through
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to type 30+ WPM
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must live in the United States
