What You’ll Do
- Provide healthcare management and service coordination for members and providers.
- Handle intake, screening, and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs.
- Promote cost-effective outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Support quality and compliance standards across all service interactions.
What You Need
- 2–4 years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Preferred: medical assisting or office experience, familiarity with medical terminology, and background in healthcare customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Computer literacy to navigate internal and external systems effectively.
