Compensation starts at $16.00/hr with monthly bonus opportunities, and up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.

This position is 100% remote.

Remote Working Requirements:

In order to successfully train and/or work from home as an Inbound Customer Service Rep for PSCU you must have the following prior to your first day.

  • Access to 50mps download speeds for home office
  • Access to a smart device (phone or tablet) with OS version 6.0 or greater, or for Apple device OIS 11.0 or greater (device can not be rooter or jail broken)
  • Remote employees are required to have access to a secure and quiet environment during working hours
  • The ability to hardwire connect to an Internet modem via an Ethernet cord. A standard Ethernet cord can be provided by PSCU
  • You must have a valid mailing address to receive your equipment, we can not ship to a PO Box.

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday. The duration of the training will be 5-6 Weeks/performance expectations must be met).

Production Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shifts with various schedule types based on availability and business needs. Up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.

  • Take inbound calls from credit union membersno cold calling
  • Help resolve account issues and financial inquiries
  • Build rapport, provide excellent customer service, and impact people in a positive way

What we seek: customer service from head to toe
You love to talk, you think on your feet, and you smile when you’re on the phone.

  • Empathy and resilience in dealing with customers who need help
  • Superior customer service skills and financial understanding
  • Ability to validate high school diploma or GED for pre-hire required
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems/online applications
