Compensation starts at $16.00/hr with monthly bonus opportunities, and up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.

This position is 100% remote.

Remote Working Requirements:

In order to successfully train and/or work from home as an Inbound Customer Service Rep for PSCU you must have the following prior to your first day.

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday. The duration of the training will be 5-6 Weeks/performance expectations must be met).

Production Schedule: 2nd and 3rd shifts with various schedule types based on availability and business needs. Up to $1.75/hr in shift differential opportunity available.
