What You’ll Do
⦁ Answer member calls, triage needs, and escalate emergent, urgent, or non-urgent issues using established protocols
⦁ Receive inbound warm transfers from other Clover teams and ensure smooth handoffs
⦁ Confirm patient appointments and support provider schedules
⦁ Outreach patients who have not been seen recently to support continuity of care
⦁ Prepare daily travel routes for clinicians based on scheduled visits
⦁ Communicate with the care team through team huddles and accurate EHR documentation
⦁ Navigate multiple computer platforms throughout the day while staying organized and responsive
⦁ Ensure escalations are addressed accurately and on time
⦁ Handle additional administrative duties as assigned
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ Customer service experience handling a high volume of inbound calls
⦁ Strong administrative and computer skills, especially Google tools (Mail, Calendar, Sheets)
⦁ Experience working with an EHR and/or Carelink (preferred)
⦁ Healthcare setting experience (bonus if ambulatory/outpatient)
⦁ Bilingual English/Spanish (strongly preferred)
⦁ Strong communication and a steady, empathetic phone presence
