What You’ll Do
- Implement new accounts across all Fingercheck products
- Serve as the primary onboarding contact and project manager for new customers
- Own account communication throughout the entire implementation process
- Guide clients through onboarding and proactively keep momentum moving
- Move accounts through the onboarding queue quickly, engaging other teams as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve automation errors to prevent payroll delays
- Fully onboard business owners and their employees
- Respond quickly to emails, calls, and implementation support requests
- Schedule and lead system training meetings and provide end-user support
- Configure accounts to match client needs and business workflows
- Review tax documents and payroll data for accuracy and readiness
- Meet SLAs and ensure accounts are payroll-ready within 48 business hours after setup is complete
- Support additional projects and tasks as needed
What You Need
- 1+ year of payroll software experience
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfort juggling multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail- and solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptable, calm under change, and biased toward action
- Open, approachable, positive attitude
- Preferred: fluent in English and Spanish
