What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead new customers through payroll and HR implementations, including build, testing, and go live execution
⦁ Manage project timelines, flag risks early, and escalate issues to protect delivery dates
⦁ Train customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency and help improve the payroll implementation process over time

What You Need
⦁ 3+ years functional payroll business process experience, including payroll tax experience
⦁ Software implementation experience with strong technical comfort and high attention to detail
⦁ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus excellent written and verbal English and a customer-first mindset
