Remote role (USA). Project-based timelines with customer meetings and implementation milestones. Some travel may be required.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Lead new customers through isolved implementations, setting up payroll and HR processes for a successful go live
⦁ Build and manage project timelines, keeping deliverables on track and stakeholders aligned
⦁ Spot risks early, escalate issues fast, and protect the implementation timeline
⦁ Train customers so they can run confidently post-implementation
⦁ Help improve the payroll implementation process through feedback and continuous refinement

What You Need

⦁ 3+ years of payroll functional business process experience, including payroll tax exposure
⦁ SaaS or software implementation experience (HRIS, HCM, payroll platforms strongly preferred)
⦁ Strong technical comfort, sharp attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset
⦁ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
⦁ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
