Schedule
- Full-time, remote within the United States

Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and implement Cardiology PACS deployments for customers
- Configure HL7 and XML interfaces to connect PACS with hospital systems (HIS/RIS)
- Customize clinical reporting modules (adult echo, pediatric echo, stress echo, vascular, Nuclear Medicine, ECG)
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout implementation
- Assist customers with testing, workflow validation, and go-live support
- Create and update issue tickets to track system performance
- Verify that system configuration is error-free before launch
Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience working with Information Systems
- Experience with HL7 protocol
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Customer-facing support or implementation experience
- Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently under tight timelines
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Security+ certification
- Experience with CPACS, RIS, EMR, or other clinical systems
- Experience with CPACS application administration
- Familiarity with Medical Imaging/DICOM
