Full-time, remote (USA). Implementation work with multiple concurrent customer projects, ongoing collaboration across internal teams and customer stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
⦁ Gather customer requirements and design Specification Data Management solutions from scope through launch
⦁ Define and document solution designs, user stories, requirements, and implementation deliverables
⦁ Partner with the Solution Data Architect and Project Manager to align scope, timeline, and outcomes
⦁ Lead customers through best practices to support business transformation and process optimization
⦁ Configure objects, layouts, and workflows using Salesforce admin functions within Specright
⦁ Support data imports, verification, quality checks, and validation against acceptance criteria
⦁ Deliver quality assessments to ensure the build meets requirements and success metrics
⦁ Train and mentor teammates, including leading weekly technical training or mentorship sessions
What You Need
⦁ 3+ years of technical experience (or equivalent) in manufacturing, HLS, or high-tech
⦁ Salesforce.com admin experience (required)
⦁ SaaS implementation experience with configuration and/or development work
⦁ Experience building BRDs, user stories, data mapping, process flows, and deployment documentation
⦁ Ability to communicate clearly with both customer stakeholders and technical teams
⦁ Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple projects
