Schedule
- Full-time remote role (US only)
- Salary range: $90,000–$110,000
- Travel up to 25 percent for client and project engagements
- Works closely with Project Managers, Developers, QA, Product, and Operations
What You’ll Do
⦁ Configure payment platform features to support new client implementations
⦁ Communicate API contract details and help customers understand integration requirements
⦁ Produce documentation such as functional requirements, use cases, process flows, and integration diagrams
⦁ Host interviews and workshops to extract requirements and clarify business needs
⦁ Document customer requirements, nuances, and implementation plans
⦁ Serve as subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders
⦁ Evaluate information from multiple sources and translate it into accurate specifications
⦁ Manage multiple initiatives at once while working independently with stakeholders
⦁ Collaborate with Project Managers on planning, updates, and deliverables
⦁ Work closely with developers and QA to coordinate technical design and testing
⦁ Perform high-level testing to confirm solutions meet requirements
⦁ Create and update documentation for new and existing client implementations
What You Need
⦁ Customer-facing experience (required)
⦁ Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
⦁ Ability to map customer needs to technical solutions
⦁ Strong prioritization, organization, and follow-through abilities
⦁ Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and products
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
⦁ 4+ years of recent experience in a SaaS environment
⦁ Experience gathering, documenting, and managing requirements
⦁ Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
⦁ Experience building UI mockups or wireframes
⦁ Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies

⦁ Prior implementation experience
⦁ Payments or insurance industry experience
⦁ QA, project management, JIRA/Confluence experience
