Schedule
- Full-time, remote (US-based)
- Occasional travel for onsite training and go-lives
- Must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on best practices for tee sheet setup, billing workflows, and overall business performance
- Lead hands-on implementations: gather requirements, design workflows, configure software, and deliver training
- Manage project lifecycle tasks including kickoff meetings, design reviews, status updates, testing, and documentation
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams (sales, development, marketing, operations)
- Provide expert training on new features and system functionality
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through responsive support and clear communication
- Configure system workflows based on client needs and implementation assessments
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues when appropriate
- Participate in software testing and rollout of advanced features
- Travel as needed to support on-site training and go-live support
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1 year in software implementation, training, or client-facing roles
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with golf operations, tee sheet management, or POS systems is a plus
