What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of multiple complex SaaS implementations and professional services projects for provider, payer, and life sciences customers
- Partner with Implementation Managers and Customer Impact leadership to execute customer projects, from proven implementation playbooks to new product launches
- Facilitate customer meetings, trainings, and workshops to support onboarding, adoption, and change management
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, data science, engineering, and development teams to incorporate customer feedback and enhance Clarify’s platform
- Help maximize NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue recognition by meeting or exceeding individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong, credible relationships with current and future customers, expanding Clarify’s footprint where appropriate
- Demonstrate healthcare knowledge and functional project management and analysis skills to earn trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and communicate project risks early and contribute to solution oriented plans to mitigate them
- Produce clean, insightful, high quality deliverables that translate analytics into clear recommendations
What You Need
- Passion for improving healthcare and alignment with Clarify Health’s mission
- Pride in putting customers first and delivering excellent experiences throughout the relationship
- Undergraduate degree from a strong college or university
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in areas such as consulting, healthcare analytics or technology, SaaS, implementation, or professional services
- 2 or more years of experience with healthcare providers, payers, and or life sciences strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint required and SQL skills preferred
- Self motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and projects through to completion
- High attention to detail and a track record of producing polished, accurate work
- Comfort thriving in ambiguous, high pressure, and constantly changing environments
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Strong relationship building skills and a collaborative mindset across customers and internal teams
