Schedule
- Full-time role, remote within the United States
- Standard business hours with flexibility based on customer needs and project cycles
- Close collaboration with Customer Impact, Sales, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and other internal teams
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of multiple complex SaaS implementations and professional services projects for provider and payer customers
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Development to enhance Clarify’s platform using real customer feedback
- Facilitate customer meetings, trainings, and workshops to support adoption, change management, and ongoing success
- Help drive NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue by meeting or exceeding individual and team goals
- Build strong, credible relationships with current and potential customers and help expand Clarify’s footprint with them
- Work directly with Customer Impact leadership to support business across provider, payer, and life sciences verticals
- Collaborate with Implementation Managers and CI leaders to execute a range of projects, from established implementations to new product launches
- Identify and communicate project risks to internal stakeholders and help shape risk mitigation plans
- Approach customer and project challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
What You Need
- Passion for Clarify’s mission and for improving healthcare performance
- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier college or university
- 2 or more years of relevant experience (such as consulting, healthcare analytics/technology, or SaaS)
- 2 or more years of experience with healthcare providers, payers, and/or life sciences (strongly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SQL is a plus
- High attention to detail and a track record of producing high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion
- Comfort thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-pressure environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams
