Responsibilities

  • Create a fair, fun, and equitable experience for all job candidates and help Soofa’s team grow and flourish by screening resumes, conducting first interviews, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers
  • Find innovative ways to bring diverse talent to Team Soofa by sourcing a high volume of candidates using Linkedin, job boards, and other strategies TBD by you
  • Continuously improve internal operations processes that will have an impact company-wide, including accounting and compliance
  • Put together critical data reports for the leadership team using spreadsheets
  • Create a welcoming environment for all new Soofarians by managing new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Drive a best-in-class hybrid team experience by planning fun and inclusive team events and assisting with special projects as needed
  • Answer equipment requests from our team and order office supplies
  • Provide administrative support to leadership team as needed

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a dynamic admin role
  • 1+ years’ talent acquisition experience
  • Excel expert (you will be tested on your advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills)
