What You’ll Do
- Monitor HR information needs and design or refine processes to support evolving business goals
- Research, analyze, and maintain HR functional processes and solutions
- Analyze HR data relationships across multiple systems and identify root causes for breakdowns
- Lead HR data governance, ensuring compliance with policies and data protection standards
- Develop enterprise-wide HR business processes that align with company policies and programs
What You Need
- Experience working with ServiceNow, including requirements gathering and testing (required)
- 4–8 years of HRIS or related experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage complex projects and mentor less experienced colleagues
