What You’ll Do
- Answer, triage, and transfer client calls with top-tier customer service
- Manage high-volume written and phone client communications
- Create, assign, and monitor cases to balance team workload
- Provide navigation support and troubleshoot minor technology issues
- Document client interactions clearly and thoroughly
What You Need
- 1+ year in a high-volume customer service environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with urgency
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite
- High discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
- Experience in HR or interest in growing HR knowledge preferred
