Description
The Home Mortgage Program Management Specialist is responsible for supporting the Program Management team. The primary responsibilities include:
- Manage intake of pricing submissions to ensure service level agreements are in compliance with established thresholds.
- Run pricing scenarios and process loan documentation in accordance with procedures.
- Review, process, and disposition requests to ensure conformity with policy guidelines.
- Perform audit functions to confirm compliance with policy guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross functional areas including Sales, Lock Desk, Senior leaders to resolve or escalate complex scenarios.
- Respond to calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Identify trends and process improvements
- Assist in additional project work/ administrative project work as needed
This position is highly organized, has a thorough understanding of mortgage process and specific pricing scenarios and is able to identify and promptly notify Sales colleagues of incomplete documentation in a professional manner. In addition, this position works with multiple functional areas and assists in additional project work/ administrative project work as needed.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- 4-6 years of mortgage processing or sales experience
- Audit or Lock desk experience
- Experience pricing loan scenarios
- Technology aptitude
