• Collaboration with the Director of Coding & OASIS Quality Resource
• Supports agencies nationwide
• Requires strong autonomy, communication, and timely workflow management
What You’ll Do
• Review and ensure accuracy of Home Health diagnosis coding and OASIS documentation
• Collaborate with the DCOQR and clinical leaders to design, monitor, and improve coding and QA programs
• Evaluate coding and OASIS processes to meet regulatory and accreditation standards
• Provide education, training, and competency development for agency clinicians
• Identify gaps, recommend process improvements, and support quality initiatives
• Assist with compliance reviews to ensure industry and regulatory alignment
• Serve as a resource across multiple agencies to support best practices and consistency
What You Need
• RN, PT, OT, or ST license required
• Current coding certification
• Current OASIS certification
• Minimum five years of Home Health coding, OASIS review, and quality assurance experience
• Experience designing or delivering training programs
• Process improvement experience preferred
• Strong understanding of Home Health regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work effectively with leaders across clinical and operational teams
