The Opportunity
We are looking for a customer-centric, team-oriented individual to join our Home Concierge team at Clever. This person will have the opportunity to join our tight-knit team, where we have the chance to serve hundreds of homeowners looking to buy or sell a home, and agents that are excited to work with them. This is a 100% remote opportunity with zero cold calling involved!
Our team uses a ‘dialer system’ which automatically dials qualified leads captured from our platforms and transfers them to our Home Concierge team, creating a seamless experience for our team members and customers. The goal of each conversation with a customer is to understand their needs, educate them on our services, and support them wherever they are in their real estate journey. Our team is the voice of our brand for both customers and agents, and we present ourselves as a knowledgeable, passionate, and caring team that is looking out for the best interests of those that we serve.
Together, the Home Concierge team ensures our customers have the best possible experience with Clever and receive a timely response to their inquiries. To support our commitment to timely communication, Home Concierge Specialists cover the phones for a minimum of 5 hours a day, which is typically 15-30 conversations with excited customers. We’re looking for someone who’s eager to jump in, ask questions, take ownership, and ultimately have a huge impact on our customers’ real estate journey!
You will:
- Join a growing team committed to making an impact, one phone call at a time
- Speak with buyers and sellers interested in using Clever – explaining the benefits, answering any questions or hesitations, and setting them up for success
- Support our many partners that send us customers
- Work with our agent network team to make sure we’re able to make great agent matches
- Check in on customers throughout their real estate journey and provide support as needed
- Create a great customer experience with 20+ unique customers each day
- Use a dialer system that will automatically transfer calls to you
You have:
- A positive attitude that shines through in your calls
- Real estate or customer service experience
- A love for learning and always wanting to improve
- A mix of customer service and sales experience and a strong phone presence
- Great communication skills– you have the gift of the gab
- Strong listening skills and effective note-taking
- Ability to solve complex problems while remaining calm under pressure
- Strong time management skills
- A team player mentality– at Clever, we win or lose as a team
- Interest or knowledge in Real Estate is a bonus– but not required

Schedule
Our Home Concierge team has coverage from 7 am-9 pm CST – 7 days a week. Each team member works five days a week with an 8.5-hour shift that includes a 30-minute lunch break. Your tentative schedule will be the same each week, with opportunities to change the longer you’re at Clever.
Licensing
This role requires you to have a Real Estate license. Our team will help you obtain your license before your start date, at no cost to you, if you do not already have one. A license is required because our Home Concierge team discusses commissions with our customers.
Clever Real Estate is headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Therefore, we are required by the Missouri Real Estate Commission to have all our Home Concierge Specialists obtain this license in the state of Missouri.
