What You’ll Do
- Own the success and retention of a portfolio of home care agency customers
- Drive growth by improving referral conversion and increasing activations
- Onboard new customers and accelerate their ability to convert referrals quickly
- Run regular performance reviews (calls/video) and coach agencies on best practices
- Promote adoption and consistent use of the Home Care Partner Portal for reporting and lead tracking
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through higher referral volume and upselling additional products
- Resolve invoice disputes fairly and communicate outcomes clearly and professionally
- Partner closely with internal teams (Acquisitions, Data & Analytics, Care Advisors, Home Care Support) to hit portfolio goals
- Maintain accurate customer/account data and support updates in internal systems
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5+ years of sales and/or account management experience
- Experience in senior care (or adjacent experience with willingness to learn fast)
- Proven ability to manage a broad portfolio across a wide geographic area
- Strong performance in a metrics-driven environment (conversion, retention, revenue growth)
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching, and training skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and consistently hit deadlines
- Willingness to travel ~10%

- On Target Earnings: $70,000 (Base: $50,000 + Variable Bonus: $20,000)

This is a “CSM with a quota” style role: retention matters, but you’re also expected to grow accounts through conversion and upsell.
