What You’ll Do

⦁ Manage and retain a portfolio of home care agency customers through strong onboarding, ongoing support, and performance coaching

⦁ Drive conversion of A Place for Mom referrals, improving activations and revenue growth across your book of business

⦁ Run regular performance reviews via phone or video, sharing insights, results, and clear recommendations to improve outcomes

⦁ Implement proven strategies to increase activations, improve conversion rates, and strengthen customer satisfaction

⦁ Grow revenue by increasing monthly referral volume and upselling additional products when it fits the customer’s goals

⦁ Promote adoption and consistent use of the Home Care Partner Portal for reporting and lead tracking

⦁ Resolve invoice disputes fairly, clearly, and professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships

⦁ Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Data & Analytics, Care Advisors, Support) to improve retention and performance

⦁ Maintain accurate customer and agency data, ensuring records are complete and up to date

What You Need

⦁ 3–5+ years of sales and/or account management experience

⦁ Bachelor’s degree preferred

⦁ Experience in senior care or a related space, or the ability to ramp quickly and learn the industry

⦁ Proven success managing a portfolio of channel partners across a wide geographic area

⦁ Strong analytical skills, follow-through, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment

⦁ Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)

⦁ Strong customer service, coaching, and training abilities

⦁ Independent, organized, and able to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

⦁ Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

⦁ Willingness to travel about 10% as needed
