Schedule

Full-time remote position
Pay: $15.00–$16.00 per hour
Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IA, KS, LA, MD, MI, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NC, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV
Requires a private home workspace and a wired internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps down / 3 Mbps up)

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with healthcare-related questions and service concerns
Document call details for compliance, auditing, and reporting
Update customer records as needed
Upsell eligible customers on improved or additional services

What You Need

High school diploma or GED
Healthcare background or exposure is helpful
Customer service experience preferred
Strong computer navigation skills
Comfort using Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication
Professional, patient, and customer-focused
