What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with healthcare-related questions and product or service concerns
- Document call information for auditing and reporting
- Update customer records accurately
- Provide courteous, professional support with every interaction
- Recommend additional or upgraded services when appropriate
- Use phone and computer systems throughout the workday
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Healthcare background is helpful but not required
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent communication, listening, and comprehension skills
- Wired broadband internet (10 Mbps down, 3 Mbps up minimum; no satellite, wireless, or dial-up)
- Ability to work from a private residence as listed in personnel records
