- Full-time, remote role

- Home internet required: DSL or Cable (10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload minimum, no satellite or wireless)

What You’ll Do
- Handle healthcare-related customer concerns and questions
- Document call details for audits and reporting
- Update and maintain customer records
- Upsell existing customers on enhanced services when relevant
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Professional, patient, and customer-focused
