Schedule
- Remote role for Connecticut residents only
- Monday through Friday shifts (weekends off)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, and weekends
- 100% paid training with equipment provided
- Webcam required during training and production
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with health plans and coverage for a well-known benefits company
- Handle inbound customer service calls and address inquiries with empathy
- Troubleshoot issues, share product and service information, and drive satisfaction
- Communicate via voice, chat, and/or email while meeting performance metrics
What You Need
- Must be 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must pass a criminal background check
