What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of 12–20 outbound call center agents, providing coaching, feedback, and development
- Monitor performance metrics, inventory, and forecasting to ensure SLA compliance
- Partner with clients and internal audit teams to implement quality programs
- Manage scheduling, attendance, PTO, and payroll approvals
- Collaborate with SMEs to maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Act as the primary client contact for day-to-day communication and service alignment
What You Need
- 3–5+ years in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/team lead role
- Strong customer service orientation with proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills for performance metrics
- Background in healthcare administration (coding, billing, transcription, or clinical office work) preferred
- Adaptability to manage change and evolving client priorities

- Salary range: $50,000–$62,000/year (DOE)
