What You’ll Do
⦁ Handle member inquiries across areas like Member Services, Medicare, and Billing
⦁ Provide professional support on complex calls, including specialized product lines, and document interactions accurately
⦁ Coordinate with health plans, medical groups, and facilities to gather info and resolve member issues
⦁ Analyze customer concerns and drive service recovery to reach resolution efficiently
⦁ Meet contact center performance metrics such as call handling, first call resolution, and retention
⦁ Follow compliance standards, protect confidentiality, and maintain HIPAA guidelines
⦁ Navigate multiple screens and systems, including CRM, EMR or EHR, and ticketing tools while assisting callers
What You Need
⦁ 2+ years of customer service or healthcare member interaction experience
⦁ High school diploma or GED
⦁ Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise problem solving
⦁ Ability to analyze issues, think critically, and resolve concerns efficiently
⦁ Typing speed of 35 WPM with 5% or lower error rate
⦁ Comfort learning new systems and working independently in a remote environment
