If you like helping people and you’re solid on the phone, this role is basically “health coach energy” meets call center execution. You’ll connect with Medicare members (and sometimes providers) to encourage screenings, vaccinations, medication refills, and other health actions that improve outcomes.

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours/week)

What You’ll Do
- Make inbound and outbound calls to Medicare members and providers
- Help members get services like visits, screenings, vaccinations, and medication refills
- Work through barriers that keep members from completing care (transportation, confusion, motivation, access)
- Educate members on their benefits so they understand what’s covered and what to do next
- Deliver empathetic, professional member conversations that feel supportive and clear
- Document every interaction accurately in the member’s health record
- Hit speed, efficiency, and quality metrics while staying calm under pressure
What You Need
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- High computer literacy (including basic troubleshooting)
- Comfort using Windows, web-based tools, and digital communication platforms
- A suitable private remote workspace and reliable hard-wired internet connection
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual (heavily preferred)
- Experience with HEDIS screening measures
- Experience with behavior change, outreach, or motivating people to take action
- 2+ years in call center, outreach, or member/consumer engagement
- 3+ years in a healthcare setting
- Medical certification (CNA, MA, etc.)
