Position Overview
Sky Zone owns and operates popular entertainment venues for group events and birthday parties, a place where friends can have fun and be active together. Event Coordinators are often the first point of contact for guests who are interested in booking a group event or party at one of our park brands. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, email, text and webchat, provide event/party information and recommendations based on customer needs, and accurately complete bookings. You will also thoroughly review, modify and reschedule party and group event bookings.
This is a work from home opportunity, ideal for someone who is self-motivated, focused on guest satisfaction, organized when prioritizing workload, and urgently resolving guest issues. We provide a company-issued laptop for the duration of your employment.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work a variety of shifts from 9AM – 6PM (local time), Weekend availability required.
- Provide all aspects of customer support for group events and party bookings via phone, email, text and webchat.
- Consult with guests to fully understand their group event needs, provide package options and availability.
- Collect relevant booking information and accurately complete related adjustments and data entry.
- Process booking reschedules and modifications.
- Adjust credit card deposits for modified bookings as appropriate.
- Thoroughly understand park pricing and articulate the value proposition to upsell event, membership, and party offerings.
- Use resources to be knowledgeable of park layout, attractions and facilities.
- Collect and execute credit card deposits for new bookings.
- Collaborate at least weekly with General Managers and park staff on event logistics.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Prior experience in customer service or business processing environments preferred.
- Friendly communication style, ability to quickly develop a rapport with Guests. Communicates clearly both in writing and verbally.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented.
- Consistently pay attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
- Proficient computer skills, ability to learn and navigate our web-based booking system, webchat, and texting.

- Must have a private workspace with limited background noise and access to quality internet service.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
Compensation: $22-$26/Hour, DOE
