What You’ll Do
- Design graphics for blogs, articles, web pages, social posts, emails, and campaigns
- Upload design assets and manage publishing schedules
- Track trends and pull insights from articles, interviews, and videos to inform creative
- Build and coordinate design schedules that support content and engagement goals
- Collaborate with writers and internal teams to create illustrations and campaign assets
- Test graphics across platforms and formats to ensure consistency and quality
- Proofread visual materials using layout and design tools
- Develop and execute visual concepts that align brand identity with marketing goals
- Create video and motion graphics that match branding guidelines
- Support campaign scheduling and general admin tasks as needed
- Contribute ideas for improving existing content and launching new creative concepts
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- 1+ year overall professional experience
- 1–2 years of graphic design experience
- Strong English communication (written and verbal)
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and messaging
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Solid fundamentals: layout, typography, print, and web design
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch, and related tools
- A strong portfolio showing both print and digital work
- Tech setup: noise-canceling USB headset, working webcam, computer (1.8 GHz+ processor, 4GB RAM+), reliable internet (25 Mbps+ main, 10 Mbps+ backup)

Salary
- Up to $4,900–$8,300 per month depending on experience level
