he Global HR Contingent Workforce Program Manager is a key member of the HR Operations and Services team. The scope of this role includes, owning, executing and reimagining our Contingent Workforce Management program in 50+ countries. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building and has demonstrated experience designing and executing enterprise-wide programs at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the program:
- Elevate our Contingent Workforce program into a strategic lever to be used by business leaders when determining their workforce strategy
- Strategically advise leaders on options for contingent staffing based on factors such as talent, cost, location, and compliance
- Build strong connections across the business to influence and improve connection points and optimize global spend
- Define and execute on program goals that are aligned to Pure’s workforce strategy, establishing new policy, governance, and service lines as needed
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies and establish necessary controls as needed
- Own supplier relationships, contracts, spend, and RFP process when deemed necessary
- Standardize and manage supplier performance, ensuring a healthy, organized, compliant, and cost effective program
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices and pull this knowledge into our constantly evolving Contingent Workforce strategy
- Execute and improve the program:
- Be accountable for day to day operations, and report on key metrics such as cost, impact, utilization, and vendor performance
- Develop knowledge articles, program content, program comms, and deliver training on contingent workforce management to employees
- Run an operationally excellent Contingent Workforce operation while continuously improving the Hiring Manager and Contingent Worker experience
What you bring to the table:
- 8+ years experience in a Contingent Workforce management or HR Operations position and / or a client-facing HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience influencing leadership and leading company-wide change management
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills with keen attention to details and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast paced, always changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- Ability to work across time zones and is comfortable in a virtual work environment through Zoom meetings
- Possess the maturity to work with & manage confidential information
