What You’ll Do
⦁ Accurately enter received financing documents into the operating system for processing.
⦁ Review financing documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
⦁ Support dealers by answering program questions, training them on document and funding processes, and helping resolve document issues via phone and email.
What You Need
⦁ High school diploma/GED completed or in progress.
⦁ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer).
⦁ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines with clear written and verbal communication skills.
