- Remote role (must reside in: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI)

- Pay: $18.00–$19.00/hour
What You’ll Do
- Enter financing documents into internal systems for processing
- Review financing/loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Monitor e-signature queues, resend links, and troubleshoot signature issues
- Communicate document issues to dealers and help resolve outstanding items
- Answer dealer questions on funding processes and application status
- Train dealers (phone/email) on proper document completion and program processes
- Document clear, accurate notes in required systems per process
- Support other departments with funding/document-related questions
- Handle tight deadlines while maintaining high standards and consistency
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED (completed or in progress)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet tools
- Ability to read/interpret procedures and manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong communication skills, including speaking with customers/employees
- Reliability, strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure
